Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park. The house is in the Deveaux area of Niagara Falls, a beautiful residential neighborhood, situated near Niagara University. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants.
The master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a queen bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor and both have double beds. One of the rooms has a small sitting room attached that has a daybed for an extra guest. The other full bathroom is on the second floor. All the bedrooms have air-conditioners in the summer.
On the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard. The house has wi-fi. There is a Smart TV in the master bedroom but no cable only an indoor antenna and whatever you wish to access via the SmartTV, like your Netflix or Amazon accounts. There is also a DVD player for you to play movies if you wish. There is a RedBox at the local supermarket. Pets will be considered. There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle.
Cancellation Policy: If a guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% of deposit if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
0% of deposit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
If payment has been made in full and the guest cancels less than 30 days prior to arrival date no refunds will be given.
